Hydra Toner freshens and tones skin after cleansing by providing a balance of moisture that hydrates and revitalizes skin structure. Infused with antioxidants and nourishing fruit oils, this daily use tonic restores skin to an ideal pH. Hydra toner soothes and smoothes the driest skin.

Client UseFollowing cleansing, pat skin dry and pour Hydra Toner on gauze or a cotton pad and smooth into face and neck. Let absorb into the skin before applying the cream. 
Professional UseAfter cleansing, apply toner with a cotton pad to remove residue from cleanser, makeup, and hard water and to maintain optimum pH levels.

  • Sodium PCA is a powerful humectant that holds seven times its weight in water. It moisturizes and hydrates by binding water to skin cells.
  • Tap water/hard water leaves mineral deposits on the skin, making it feel tight and dry. This causes the person to believe their skin is drier than it actually is, and as a result, they may over-moisturize, causing the skin to become congested and saggy.
